My year in review.
This year has had its ups and downs. Most defiantly been hilly. first we have had the attack on congress, Then there is the never ending bantering by everyone about all the bad vote tallying. We have seen repeated attempts by people supposedly representing President Trump to prove the tampering with the votes. Only to watch time and again them fail to prove our system is broken.
Now here we are at the end of the year . We have watched our brethren fall victim to the Covid virus or the variants of it. I don”t know what the actual number of deceased are. The members of the first group say we have to wear a mask and members of the other group say it doesn’t make a difference. And through it all we find ourselves fighting with each other over the facts as the politicians see it. They say they have our best interest at heart but i seriously doubt it. The politicians in Washington all seem too busy looking out for themselves to have our interest at heart.
The one thing i do know for certain is we have to stop fighting amongst ourselves and stand together. Its not important if your neighbor is democrat or republican. I am one and I know a lot of people that are the other. I try to be the best person I can be and as far as I know all the rest of the people i know are busy doing the same. Almost everybody I know gives at Christmas and most everybody I know would been over backward to help someone in true need. I haven’t heard of one person as yet go ” oh your one of them, i cant help you” . But you know who has, the bureaucrats in Washington. we hear about it all the time.
It’s high time we decided to quit fighting amongst ourselves and take the fight to them. We need to show them were serious about having a life of our choosing. Not just the one that they allow. It time we make them understand its our country and they are the servants. They took an oath to serve the needs of ” These United States”.
It’s time they knew the truth. I want everyone to think about just who is serving their country and who is only looking after themselves. Pay attention to what they say and do. Then next election vote for someone you can believe in. Do not believe their lies. Watch what the do and vote appropriately.
Meantime, we all need to learn just what rights we have and how they relate to each other. We need to know what rights others have and how they relate to us. We need to know where our rights end and others rights begin, That way we wont be the victim next time the politicians play their games.
